The location was excellent. It was close to many subway stations for easy transport. The common areas were always clean, especially the eating areas!!!

The charging ports in the capsule weren't functioning properly. I had to rely on my power bank.

I found many bathrooms and toilets were available, so there was no waiting. They provide a proper water dispenser, very helpful. They also offer toiletries, towels, and pajamas at no extra cost, which I loved.

The capsule mattress was not very comfy.

The staff was attentive and easy to talk to. Multilingual staff are employed, greatly assisting with language barriers. It is not compulsory to leave the hotel during cleaning times. I appreciate that.

i don't get how this place has such good cleanliness ratings. the sleeping area wasn't clean, actually! i even found a used condom. i told the staff, but i was disappointed. also, it was noisy. some guests did what they wanted. they made calls in the capsules. they made a mess. the staff did not do much.

I found the staff particularly helpful. Ricky and Helen at reception were amazing. Giselle, the housekeeping staff, also did a great job. The location is convenient, a short walk to Dotonbori river and close to other attractions (it's really something!).

The charging ports in my capsule were not functional. I had to rely on my power bank to charge my phone. The mattress was also very thin. I could feel the hard surface underneath, a bit uncomfortable.

I found the staff walking around constantly and it made me uncomfortable. They were in guest-only areas at odd times. This felt intrusive. other guests were very noisy at night, talking, without staff intervention.

The location was very central. It was close to many things, I was very happy. The facilities were also very clean and I seemed like I had privacy despite sharing them.

I found the lockers to be too small for most luggage. The lifts also smelled bad. I did not like this. Sometimes it smelled like cigarette smoke too.
